The customer is entitled to a refund in the following cases:

Before delivery if:

– The content is not delivered within a reasonable time or we do not meet the deadline. This excludes time spent on revisions requested by the client.

After delivery if:

– The content is proven not to be original. (plagiarized or created by software).
– The content contains grammatical errors. This excludes mistakes of a dubious nature, such as those that fall under semantics or those that are incorrect according to specific regional/international variations of the English language.
– The content contains factual errors. This refund request only applies to content produced under the System Writing Offering that includes thorough research, and must be supported by at least two reliable sources that consistently prove the factual error in question.

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the content they have received, the company allows an unlimited number of revisions until the customer’s needs are met. The fact that the customer is not satisfied with the objective quality of the content for any subjective reason is NOT a reason for a refund. All revision requests will be processed as long as they comply with our revision policy and are made within 14 days of receiving your order.

In order to assert his right to a refund, the customer must justify one of the aforementioned conditions before accepting the content he has ordered. The company is not obligated to accept subsequent refund requests once the customer has approved their order.
