It depends on the delivery time, the amount of work, the level of complexity, the type of service, the type of writing and the additional requests of the client. The order must be paid in advance. our agency will only start working on an order after payment has been provided by the customer, cleared and verified by the company’s financial department.

PayPal

Our agency’s platform for all payments is PayPal, which requires the customer to go through PayPal’s checkout in order to pay for their order.

PayPal payments require a credit/debit card as a backup funding source in your PayPal account.

PayPal credit card payments are also available for customers who do not have a PayPal account. Direct payment via PayPal is also available, and all orders must be created via the platform’s website.

With PayPal, our agency receives payments immediately.

CONTENT DELIVERY

The company delivers all orders in a minimum of time, with various lead times that can range from 1 to 30 days, unless a specific deadline is set by the customer. Rush orders with specific deadlines take priority.

The company cannot guarantee that the first version of the content ordered will be satisfactory to the customer. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to anticipate the additional time that may be necessary for possible revisions and to adjust the deadline accordingly.

All orders are delivered to the customer via email, and the customer is required to review and accept the delivered content or request a review or refund within 5 business days of receipt of said content. If the customer fails to do so without good reason, the company is not obligated to provide revisions or refunds after the specified period.
